Job Overview:
As a Senior Executive in Human Resources, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department’s operations and initiatives. You will collaborate with the HR team and various departments across the organization to ensure the effective delivery of HR services and programs. Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:
– Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
– Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking system (ATS).
– Participate in job fairs and other talent acquisition events.
2. Employee Onboarding:
– Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
– Conduct orientation sessions, assist with paperwork, and provide necessary information to new hires.
3. Employee Relations:
– Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
– Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts in a fair and confidential manner.
– Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
4. Benefits Administration:
– Support benefits administration, including enrolment, claims processing, and employee communication.
– Assist in managing employee wellness programs and initiatives.
5. Training and Development:
– Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
– Track training completions and ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.
6. HR Policies and Compliance:
– Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

7. HR Reporting:

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Proven experience in HR or a related role, preferably at least 2 years of experience.
– Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
